FAQ

Is my school PTO eligible?

Yes, all PTO organizations affiliated with elementary schools in the United States are eligible. You'll just need the Legal Name and Address of the PTO organization itself as well as the Name and Address of the elementary school in order to sign up.

How do I know if my school PTO is already registered?

Each PTO and affiliated school can have multiple Reading Rewards Chapter Leaders all working to raise money together.

How are donations made and tracked?

Donations are made quarterly through Tranquil Tides, LLC the legal entity that owns Journeys. Quarterly reports are distributed electronically to each registered Chapter Leader and the primary PTO contact both.

Who can buy books through the Reading Rewards program?

Parents, family members, and friends can all purchase Journeys books through the program. We'll give you a personalized code to use at check out to share with friends and family for all purchases made throughout the year.
